Payments

Accepted payment methods are: Paypal (onsite or manual), payment via IBAN (only in the EU) and payment through cryptocurrencies (in the near future).

An handling fee of 0.50 euro's is applied to every order.

Cancellations

The order can be cancelled if the buyer is not satisfied with any of the product(s). Any costs for returning the product(s) are for the customer. We expect the returned product(s) in the same condition as we delivered them. We will charge a fee to make up for any loss if the returned product(s) are in a significantly worse condition as delivered. We will refund the payment via paypal or instore credit, which one is up to the customer.

If a customer wants to cancel the order, 10% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund for loss of time, fee's etc (even before shipping, we expect the buyer to carefully consider about ordering items).

Product conditions

- New parts/mifigures: new parts/minifigures come directly out of a sealed product, there could be minor scratches/damage from rubbing against other new parts/minifigures. New parts/minifigures are not discoloured. New minifigures come assembled, please let me know if you prefer the minifigures disassembled for delivery.

- Used parts/minifigures: Used parts/minifigures could have some small noticible damage or discolouration. We will make it apparent in the comment when a used part/minifigure has major damage or discolouration. Used minifigures come assembled, please let me know if you prefer the minifigures disassembled for delivery.

- New sets: New sets are sealed, there could be some minor box damage on new sets. We will make it apparent in the comment when the box has major/noticible damage.

- Used sets: Used sets are often delivered with opened boxes, we will make it apparent in the comment if there is no box with the used set. We can also ship the used set without the box if you do not want to box or want to save some money on shipping (if possible). Used sets under 700 pieces will be packed in order of bag number (like in a sealed lego set), every set with 700 pieces and up will be packed according to item types or other characteristics.

Please be aware that used lego can be weak/brittle due to age, plastic compounds or other factors. We are not responsible for the breaking of used lego, some examples of the common brittle colours are types of brown and dark red lego pieces. If you prefer to not have a risk of brittle lego pieces, please order new parts.

Both new and used parts contain mould marks which could be noticable, keep in mind that this is part of the production process and in most cases not really something that can be avoided by ordering replacements from lego. These parts are not filtered because they are good parts according to lego's quality control.
